外国語指導助手(Assistant Language Teacher：ALTと略す)を派遣する業者間で構成された組織で、今後のグローバル社会の中で、日本の子どもたちが多文化を理解し、自分の意見や考えを堂々と発信できるようになるために、国際理解教育を推進するために結成された団体のこと。

This organization was formed to further education of international understanding through Japanese children becoming able to understand other cultures and express their thoughts and feelings in the upcoming global society, and is comprised of organizations supplying Assistant Language Teachers (ALTs) for this purpose.
